180Pi is an ESG assessment and reporting platform designed for small and medium businesses. We provide tools to help you complete structured ESG assessments, generate reports, and share results with stakeholders. The platform is currently in beta and features may change without notice.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

• You may not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
• You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse any part of the platform.
• You may not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent ESG data.
• You may not share access credentials with unauthorised parties.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology within the 180Pi platform are the intellectual property of 180Pi and its licensors. You retain ownership of the ESG data and reports you generate using our tools. By using the platform, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of delivering the service.

6. Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is" during the beta period. While we work hard to ensure accuracy, 180Pi does not guarantee that ESG reports generated are suitable for any specific regulatory, investment, or compliance purpose. Always consult a qualified advisor for decisions that depend on ESG data.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 180Pi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for any user who violates these terms or whose use causes harm to others. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
